Step 1

An employee of the personnel department should draw up a memo (memo) addressed to the head of the company. In the document, the personnel officer indicates the title of the position that needs to be changed, as well as the reason for the change. The staff member puts a personal signature and the date of writing the note. The document is sent to the director of the organization for consideration. If agreed, he should affix a resolution with the date and signature on the note.

Draw up an order, write the full name of the enterprise in its header. Enter the title of the document in capital letters. Give the order a number and date. Write the subject of the document. In this case, it will correspond to changes in the staffing table. In the administrative part of the order, indicate the current title of the position and the title of the position to which it should be changed. Responsibility for the execution of the document must be assigned to the employee of the personnel department. Certify the order with the seal of the organization and the signature of the head of the company. Familiarize the employee, whose job title has changed, with the document against signature.

Based on the order, make changes to the current staffing table. The job code should not be changed. In the staffing table, it is allowed to push the fields to the required size. You cannot change the name of a structural unit, if it is not spelled out in the order.

In the employment contract with the employee, it is necessary to enter the following phrase: "The title of the position should be read in the following edition." Next, write the new job name that appears in the revised staffing table.

Make changes to the personal card of the employee whose position has been renamed.
