Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a vehicle registration certificate or technical passport. The vehicle must be adapted for the carriage of products, only for such a vehicle it is allowed to issue a sanitary passport. Remember that you are not allowed to transport food without a document.
Step 2
Take the document for the vehicle to the territorial center of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance in order to issue a sanitary passport. Write your application on the standard form. At the bank branch, pay for the services for issuing a sanitary passport.
Step 3
The process of issuing a sanitary passport for vehicles involves the conclusion of a contract for deratization and disinfestation at the facility. Fill out the appropriate form. Now you undertake to carry out periodic sanitization of the vehicle in an organization that has a certificate for the relevant type of activity.
Step 4
Give the completed documents and the payment receipt to the specialist of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision. Wait for the sanitary passport to be issued. It must be certified by the signature of the chief state sanitary doctor, it bears the seal of the territorial center of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision and a hologram.
Step 5
A sanitary passport for a car is issued for a period of 3 months for the carriage of perishable foodstuffs and for a period of six months for the carriage of other types of foodstuffs and medicines. Therefore, a few days before the expiration date of the document, contact the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision Center for its renewal.
Step 6
After receiving the sanitary passport, follow the periodic sanitization of the vehicle. An organization that has a certificate for deratization and disinfestation is obliged to enter disinfection marks in the log indicating the drugs used.
