It is necessary

  • - application;
  • - passport;
  • - birth certificate;
  • - documents for registration.

Instructions

Step 1

If you are planning to register for a residential area that you do not own, then you will have to obtain notarized consent from all owners. If notarized consent is not issued, then all owners are required to be personally present at the migration service or at the passport office and express written consent in the presence of authorized employees of these departments. Instead of the owner, consent can be given by his notarially authorized person.

Step 2

In addition to written or notarized consent, you will need a passport, documents of title to housing, an extract from the house book and personal account, a sheet of departure from the previous place of residence, an application for registration. If you do not have a departure sheet, and you have not been removed from the registration register, then according to your application, the representative of the migration service will make a request to the previous address, you will be removed from the registration register and registered at your new place of residence.

Step 3

If you are not a homeowner and want to register temporarily, then you do not need to check out from your previous place of residence, therefore, a departure sheet is not required. But, despite the fact that the registration will be temporary and will end automatically within the time specified in the application, you will need the consent of all owners, an application with the start and end date of registration, documents for the apartment, an extract from the house book and personal account.

Step 4

If you register a minor in an apartment and are not homeowners, but you have a residence permit in this apartment, then consent from the owners is not required, since the minor is registered at the place of residence of the parents, regardless of who owns the living space.

Step 5

To register a minor, you will need a passport of one of the parents, a child's birth certificate, a sheet of departure from the previous place of residence. If the parents live separately, then the second parent must issue a notarial permission for registration, receive a certificate from their place of residence that the child is not registered there. You also need an extract from the house book and personal account, documents of title to the apartment.
