Step 2
For registration, provide a package of documents to the employment center. If 6 months have not passed since the day of your dismissal, you will need a certificate of the average wage from the employer to calculate the benefits. It is drawn up on the letterhead of the Employment Center.

Check the correctness of filling out the certificate by your employer: there must be the signatures of the head and the chief accountant of the organization (in the absence of an accountant, the signature is put by the head with a note of acting); in the upper right corner must be written the details of the organization (TIN, legal address, etc.).
Step 4
If you provide a certificate, your allowance will be 75% in the first 3 months, and 60% of the average salary in the next 4 months. If you have not worked anywhere, you will be assigned a minimum benefit amount in 2011, it is 850 rubles excluding regional coefficients.
Step 5
After registering as unemployed, in the future after the birth of a child, you will be able to receive parental allowance for a child up to one and a half years. Unfortunately, it will be assigned in the minimum amount. The allowance will start to be paid to you from the very birth of the child. To receive benefits, you need to contact the social protection authorities, you will need to provide a certificate from the employment service about your status as unemployed.

You also have the right to receive a one-time social allowance for women registered with medical institutions in the early stages of pregnancy and a one-time allowance for the birth of a child, if this right is not exercised by the father of the child.
