Instructions
Step 1
Before going to the military registration and enlistment office, make a photocopy of your passport and school certificate. Go to the school and take a testimonial and reference if you are in school. If you are a student of a higher educational institution, then the certificate must be made at the dean's office. Take photos at the photo studio. Take a certificate of family composition at the place of residence from the passport office.
Step 2
Go to the military registration and enlistment office and write a statement addressed to the head of the VK department that the attribution certificate is lost and you want to restore it. If you do not live at the registration address, but in another city, then to simplify the procedure, register for a temporary military registration at the place of residence.
Step 3
At the time appointed by the employees of the military registration and enlistment office, come and take the document.
