Instructions

Step 1

It is possible to engage in work on holidays only when absolutely necessary. These cases are also indicated in the Labor Code - these are accidents, catastrophes, prevention of accidents and catastrophes, accidents, natural disasters, in the event of a declaration of a military threat, declaration of martial law, etc. If all these actions can lead to the failure of strategic equipment or the death and injury of people.

Step 2

Also, the employer has the right to attract to work if his work is disrupted, which will lead to huge losses, up to bankruptcy. At enterprises that work around the clock in conditions of non-stop production, a schedule is drawn up. All employees working according to the schedule are obliged to go to work on a holiday, but regardless of this, payment must be made in double or in single, but then an additional day off must be provided. It depends on the desire of the employee.

Step 3

Employees who were recruited on a holiday on the initiative of the employer should be paid double the amount of salary, wage rate, or double the amount of work. As mentioned above, if desired, any employee who worked on a holiday can receive a single payment and an additional day off.

Step 4

All other workers who have not been recruited should be paid their full wages, regardless of how many holidays there were in the month. In particular, this applies to the New Year holidays, when the whole country has a rest for almost half a month.

Step 5

All pieceworkers, whose salary depends on the output, must be paid an additional amount so that they do not lose money. The salary must be calculated according to the average earnings for three months and the surcharge cannot be less than the missing amount. This is directly stated in the article of the Labor Code on the payment of holidays during periods of prolonged holidays.
