Instructions

Step 1

The procedure for keeping a book of income and expenses is regulated only for individual entrepreneurs in the field of trade and the provision of services. The law does not require a clear procedure for its conduct from all other entrepreneurs. This book is kept in chronological order. Penalties are stipulated if the entrepreneur does not keep this book, except when the activity of the enterprise is suspended.

Step 2

For individual entrepreneurs paying a single tax on imputed income, it is necessary to keep 4 mandatory columns in the book: the amount of proceeds, the amount spent on production, the net profit and the accounting period. The book is kept for 1 tax year, after which it is changed to a new one. Each book must be registered with the tax office, where the number of its pages is recorded and sealed. It is allowed to keep a book in electronic form, but before submitting reports, all data must be transferred to paper.

Step 3

The title page of the book is filled in with the following information: full name of the entrepreneur, TIN of the entrepreneur, object of taxation, units of measurement, place of residence of the entrepreneur, name of the bank and account numbers, number and date of issue of the notification of the transition to the simplified taxation system.

Step 4

Enter in the book all the data on all business transactions, on all expenses and incomes, on the property status of the entrepreneur. Only contribute income that is taxable. Do not enter the expenses listed in Article 346 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation into the book. Accounting for funds should be made only in rubles. Convert all currency transactions into rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and also write them down in rubles. Keep the book in Russian. Be sure to translate into Russian next to all foreign records.

Step 5

If an entrepreneur conducts several types of activities, all business and financial transactions must be accounted for separately for each type. Persons conducting educational, health care, sports or cultural activities in the book must take into account the personal data of the persons to whom the services were provided.

Step 6

All mistakes made during the bookkeeping must be confirmed by the entrepreneur: after each crossed out value, the correct one is signed and the signature is put. In electronic form, after an incorrect entry in the program, a minus sign is put and the correct value is entered.
