Step 1

Government contracts are concluded by authorized government agencies or budgetary institutions through the placement of a government order. Such an order contains the terms and volumes of work to be performed, their cost and the procedure for settlements with the contractor.

Step 2

Government contracts are concluded within the framework of the relevant Federal Law of the Russian Federation with the contractors who were chosen as the most preferable in the course of the bidding for the execution of the order. The contractor in this case draws up a contract, which indicates: the period of its validity; details of the customer and the contractor; specification of work performed or purchased goods; terms of execution of the contract and terms of payment under the contract; comments that the parties consider necessary to include in the document.

Step 3

After signing the contract, information about its conclusion must be submitted to the relevant bodies of the Federal Treasury for the procedure for entering the document into the register of government contracts. The deadline for submitting information should not exceed three working days from the date of signing the contract.

Step 4

After receiving the application for registration of the contract, enter the data about the document in the Register. Indicate information about the customer, the source of financial support for the project, the date and results of the auction, the date of the contract, the timing, cost and subject of the contract, and the fulfillment of obligations under the agreement.

Step 5

Duplicate information in electronic and paper form. Assign a sequential number to the record. Make sure that the data is entered into a single Database, index its segment if necessary.

Step 6

After all the necessary information is entered into the Register of State Contracts, the Federal Treasury bodies are obliged to notify the customer about this fact within 24 hours. After that, the state contract can be considered fully registered.
