Step 1
Alimony is made voluntarily by agreement between
the recipient of the alimony (legal representative) and the debtor. Agreement -

entails the nullity of the agreement.
In case of non-fulfillment of the terms of the agreement, it can be presented for execution to the bailiff service. A notarized agreement on the payment of alimony is an executive document.
Step 2
You can collect funds for maintenance in court by filing a claim. The court will appoint payments from the moment you go to court. The court decision will indicate from what moment the alimony was appointed, in what amount or share of income.
Step 3
For the quick appointment of alimony and in the absence of other requirements (division of property, divorce, establishment of paternity), apply for a court order. The state duty for such applications is paid in half. The application is considered by the court alone within five days without notifying and summoning the parties. To present an order for execution, it is necessary to put the official seal of the court.
