If, upon entering the service, a person collects a package of documents confirming his qualifications, then upon dismissal he thinks about his future, therefore, in addition to the work book - the constant companion of all his professional activities - he must request a number of certificates and other important papers.

Instructions

Step 1

The main documents confirming the fact of work in a particular organization are the contract and the work book. One of the copies of the first is in hand already from the moment of its signing, while the second is stored in the employer's personnel department, whose staff does not have the right to issue it to employees before dismissal, as it bears personal responsibility for it. The role of the work book has recently been reduced and reduced to a list of duty stations, therefore, in the absence of a contract, in case of its loss, it is necessary to request a duplicate of it - it will be useful to prove your length of service.

Step 2

If the person being dismissed has not acquired a new job, but plans to register with the Employment Center, then to confirm the amount of his income excluding tax of 13%, he must provide a certificate in the approved form, since without it the benefit will be assigned in the minimum amount. The accountant is obliged to issue it within a week, since in order to receive the maximum allowance for him, the former employee must register within two weeks. If necessary, the accounting department writes salary certificates for a specific period for other purposes, including average daily earnings.

Step 3

A certificate in the form of 2-NDFL is also mandatory for issuing to an employee. It usually reflects information about cash payments, as well as insurance (pension) and tax deductions for the last calendar year. Income is written on a monthly basis with an indication of the 13% withholding tax, as well as all deductions subject to reimbursement: with a low level of wages, the presence of children, the purchase of housing. Such a document is written on behalf of the chief accountant within three days after the application is submitted, approved by the director with an organizational seal. A 2-NDFL certificate is needed to obtain a loan, mortgage, sometimes it is required at a new workplace or even at the consular service when applying for a visa abroad.

Step 4

All documents can be requested by the employee only once - in this case they will be issued free of charge, but the application must follow no later than a year after the dismissal. Certificates are sent by mail or handed in personally, while all of them are conducted through a special journal, and their copies are invested in the employee's personal file. The number of papers that may be required in the future also include orders for acceptance and dismissal, for various incentives - the latter serve as evidence when indicating such in the resume.
