The situation with pockets is more complicated. They can be made of plexiglass or PET plastic, but cutting such materials with a clerical knife will no longer work. In addition, you will need to process the edge. And for some types of pockets, the material will also have to bend. Here you will need to heat plexiglass or PET plastic using infrared radiation. The simplest and most proven way to heat these materials is their local heating from a nichrome string heated by an electric current. The material is heated due to heat exchange between it and the string, as well as through the absorption of infrared radiation emanating from the string by the material.
Step 3
It is enough to simply attach ready-made pockets to the base of the stand. This is done with nuts and screws or double-sided tape.

The headline on the information stand is no longer handwritten. Logo letters are often cut from PVC film on a cutting plotter. If you don't have a plotter at hand, you can cut out the letters on a stencil using scissors.
Step 5
And the last is the frame. It should be done with a miter saw, because it is inconvenient to cut with a hacksaw for metal at an angle of 45 degrees. Although if the hands of the master grow from the right place, you can get by with a simple file.
