Kindergarten teacher is one of the most creative professions. A person who has taken on the responsibility of looking after and caring for children, educating and developing their abilities, should not only love children infinitely, but also be able to maintain discipline among them.

Instructions

Step 1

To work as an educator, you need to have a pedagogical education. The future educator should be well acquainted with such disciplines as pedagogy, developmental psychology, didactics.

Step 2

The teacher must treat children with love and respect. Each child is a small personality that needs a special approach. You need to be interested in children, as well as be able to interest them in something. A group in a kindergarten is a team, and there must be discipline in a team. Therefore, in addition to love and respect, you need to show severity and strength of character in individual cases. The educator is both a friend of the children and a fair senior mentor who can resolve a disputable situation and give the necessary advice.

Step 3

The teacher must be artistic. With children, you need to sing and dance without hesitation, be able to transform into a fairy-tale hero and even play a play. It is not only exciting and fun, but also rewarding as children get creative development.

Step 4

The teacher must have a well-delivered speech, it must be logical, coherent and constructive. If you speak softly and indistinctly, you will simply not be heard. But a loud voice, good diction and the right intonation organize attention. Speech should be reasoned, convincing and emotional, because this is your only weapon, for example, in case of bad behavior of children, as well as in solving many conflict situations.

Step 5

A good educator is one who knows a lot. Children always have a lot of questions at the ready, because they are interested in knowing everything, because they grow and develop. Children's questions cannot be ignored; they must be answered as easily as possible, truthfully.

Step 6

To work as a teacher, you need to be able to play with children, know the many games that you can play in a group and on the street. Children love when an adult becomes a participant in their games, so you always need to keep at least a bit of childishness in your soul in order to become an ideal and beloved teacher.
