Step 1
Before entering into an employment contract with the seller, check that you have the necessary documents. The employee must have a certificate of a seller of industrial or food products or a seller - a generalist who can work on both industrial and food products. Also, the applicant must have a cashier's certificate indicating the model of cash registers on which he has the right to work when the seller and the buyer settle through the cash register. If you additionally accept cashiers, the seller does not need to have a cashier's ID.
Step 2
Check the presence of a health book when accepting the seller for food products. It must be not expired, of the established form and issued by the appropriate authority with the seals of the issuing institution affixing it.
Step 3
Enter into an employment contract with the seller specifying the length of the probationary period. It is better that he be at least three months old. During this period of time, you will understand whether the seller is right for you or not. You will see the degree of his qualifications, the ability to communicate with customers and the ability to sell a product. If you see that this seller is not suitable for you, you can easily part with him during the trial period.
Step 4
Draw up a document on the full liability of the seller. If a brigade method of work is envisaged, about collective responsibility. Familiarize employees with this document against receipt. Leave one copy at the enterprise and hand the other one to the financially responsible person or persons. The employer may part with financially responsible employees on his own initiative due to a loss of trust. This is permitted by labor law.

Only after checking and signing all the documents, the seller can start working.
