The movement of employees within the organization within one structural unit or to another is regulated by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, Article No. 72. Instructions

Step 1

All transfers within one unit or to another of the same organization must be made by notification in advance and personal two-way negotiations between the employee and the employer. If there are rarely labor disputes and disagreements against promotion, it is necessary to warn about a decrease in position and salary two months before the fact.

Step 2

The employer is obliged to prepare a written notice of relocation and familiarize employees against signature. It is also necessary to conduct negotiations orally and explain the current situation.

Step 3

If the salary and job duties of the employee change during the transfer, in this case you need to be guided by Article 57 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

Step 4

To draw up documents, it is necessary to draw up an additional agreement to the main employment contract, and before drawing it up, the employee must personally write an application for transfer or change of job duties.

Step 5

After signing an additional agreement by both parties, the employer can issue an order of the unified form No. T-5. The order should indicate that the number of the order under the main contract has expired, the full name of the employee, the number of the new structural unit, the name of the new position and from what day of the month and year to transfer. The employee's order is introduced under a personal signature.

Step 6

All data on the movement is entered into a personal card and work book under the following serial number. When making entries, it is necessary to indicate on what basis the increase, decrease or transfer was made.

Step 7

Additional information is submitted to the accounting department for calculating salaries at a new salary or tariff rate.
