This vacation can be increased in the case of work in the Far North, as well as places equated to it (Chapter 19, Article 116). When going on vacation, an employee can be calm about retaining his position and salary, since this aspect is provided for by federal law. Also, the employee is entitled to payments, or rather vacation pay. The organization is obliged to pay the amount no later than three days before the start of the prescribed rest.
