In addition, you can opt out of the proposed job on the basis that it does not meet the conditions that existed at your last job or the territorial distance standards established for each region. Referring to these reasons, you do not run the risk of being left without unemployment benefits.

You may receive an offer for a new job even if your organization plans to reduce, reorganize, or plan to change the remuneration system, which, as a rule, is associated with a significant change in the terms of the contract. Here you have the right to refuse the proposed job if for some reason it does not suit you, indicating these reasons - lower wages, new job responsibilities, etc. After such a refusal, you will have the opportunity to work at this enterprise for another 2 months and devote them looking for a new job.
