Companies issue orders (orders). In case of changes in legal documents, as well as information about the employee (this applies to orders for personnel), it is necessary to amend the previously drawn up administrative document. For this, another order is written, equivalent in legal force. It contains information that has changed.
Necessary
- - company documents;
- - personal data of the employee (if changes are made to the order on personnel);
- - order form;
- - a previously issued order.
Instructions
Step 1
Any changes to the directors' orders are made on the basis of an application from a specialist, if there is an order on personnel. When regulatory documents of a legal nature are subject to change, the head of the legal or accounting department draws up a memo addressed to the director of the organization.
Step 2
In the "head" of the order (order), write the abbreviated, full name of the company in accordance with the name of the organization prescribed in the charter, another constituent document.
Step 3
Enter the name of the city, town (if any) where your company is located. Give the order a date, number. Write the title of the document. In this case, the first part of the name of the order will correspond to changes in the administrative document. Then indicate the number, date of the order, the content of the paragraphs of which is changing.
Step 4
Write down the reason for changing one of the items in the order. For example, an employee is registered for one position, and in accordance with the qualifications, you need to hire a specialist for another position. The item where the title of the position is spelled out is subject to change. Indicate the item number, its new content. In this case, it will be, for example, like this: "Hired a technician in the information technology department." With the second paragraph, invalidate a similar paragraph of the previously issued order for admission. Place the responsibility and control over the execution of the order on a personnel worker.
Step 5
Verify the order with the signature of the head of the company, familiarize the employee with the new order (if it is an administrative document on personnel) or other persons who are directly related to the content of the amended order.
