With the beginning of summer, there is a desire to take a break from daily work and stuffy offices. For the HR department, the main task is to send employees on vacation. But how to do this in accordance with the legislation, the wishes of the employer and the employee?
Instructions
Step 1
In the first half of December, draw up a vacation schedule for the coming calendar year according to the unified form No. T-7, which was approved by the decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia on 06.04.2001 No. 26. This schedule should contain the full name of the organization, the date of compilation, the document number and the year that will be divided into vacations.
Step 2
Consider the following when scheduling.
The current laws of the Russian Federation concerning vacations (according to the law, the minimum vacation period is 28 calendar days, but it can be increased; civil servants, people employed at work with harmful working conditions, etc.; are entitled to extended or additional leave; the vacation can also be extended if the employee provides a certificate of incapacity for work; you can divide the rest time into periods, one of which must be at least 14 days).
Step 3
Features of the production process (take into account the seasonality of work, periods of activity of the enterprise, the interchangeability of workers, etc.).
Employee wishes (in small teams, you can conduct a survey; in large states, department heads first draw up their schedules, which then send them to the HR department).
After all the adjustments, submit the schedule for approval to the head of the enterprise and agree with the trade union organization (if any). Familiarize employees with signature. To do this, make an additional column in the form No. T-7 (the resolution of the State Statistics Committee does not prohibit this).
Step 4
Two weeks before the expected date of the employee's vacation, notify him of the timing. The employee writes an application addressed to the head of the enterprise, where he indicates his position, last name, first name and patronymic, then - the type of vacation, period and terms. Then the employee puts the date of writing the application, signature and transcript. This document is also signed by the manager who puts the visa (for example, "in order", "reject", etc.).
Step 5
Make a vacation order in the form No. T-6, approved by the decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 06.04.2001, No. 26. In the order, indicate the number of the document (No. 136-o, No. 25-o), the date of preparation, the personnel number of the employee, his full name, surname and patronymic, position according to the staffing table, the name of the department or division, the type of vacation, its timing, duration, and period (for each employee it is counted from the date of admission to this organization and lasts 12 months).
Step 6
Familiarize yourself with the order of the employee against signature, the head of the enterprise and the head of the personnel management department must put their signatures on the document.
