Instructions
Step 1
After you have registered a legal entity, in order to open a private medical institution, rent or buy a suitable premises, the area of which must be pre-calculated in accordance with what types of medical services you are going to provide.
Step 2
Check out all the regulations of Rospotrebnadzor. Equip or redesign the premises in accordance with all the requirements of SanPiN. Purchase all the necessary equipment to ensure that your future clinic meets all the organizational and technical conditions necessary for institutions of this kind. Invite employees of sanitary and fire services to obtain conclusions on the condition of the premises.
Step 3
Announce a competition to fill the vacant positions of doctors, nurses and technical personnel. Check that the candidates have all the required medical certificates. In addition, each specialist must have at least 5 years of work experience in the medical field in the type of activity you have chosen for the clinic (for example, in dentistry, orthopedics, cosmetology, etc.).
Step 4
Contact the Department of Health and make an application (in 3 copies) for a license. In the application, be sure to indicate the address of your medical institution and information about its organizational and legal form (only LLC).
Step 5
Please attach the following documents to your application:
- certified copies of constituent documents and certificate of registration of a legal entity (indicating the OKPO code);
- certified copies of the conclusions of the sanitary and fire service;
- a certified copy of the tax registration certificate;
- a certified copy of the certificate of ownership of the non-residential premises;
- certified copies of documents confirming the qualifications of your employees;
- a document confirming the payment of the license fee (in the amount of 3 minimum wages).
Step 6
Get a license in 30 days, which will be valid for 5 years.
