Obtaining a driver's license is troublesome, especially if you are taking driving courses in one region, but are registered in another. In this case, in addition to the basic documents, you will need to issue additional certificates. This must be done before the exam for a driver's license at the traffic police.
Instructions
Step 1
Register at the place of stay (get a temporary registration). Find out the phone number and address of the passport office, check the days of admission and the required documents by phone for a certificate of temporary registration at the place of stay. Go to the required office on the days of receiving citizens on the issue of temporary registration together with the owner of the apartment where you temporarily reside. Submit your registration application along with the required documents. Pick up a certificate of temporary registration at the place of stay on the appointed day.
Step 2
Make a request to the traffic police department of the region where you previously lived (at the place of your permanent residence) to issue a certificate stating that you did not receive a driver's license in your region and did not lose them. Call the traffic police in advance by phone, find out in more detail about the conditions for issuing this document. Keep in mind that the issued certificate is valid for one month.
Step 3
Issue a certificate in the narcological and neuropsychiatric dispensaries at the place of your registration that you are not registered with them. Make phone calls to the registries of these institutions, specify the details of obtaining such certificates. Most likely, you will have to go there and fuss about the decoration yourself. With the received certificates, you need to contact the registries of similar institutions at the place of temporary registration to receive a mark in the medical board's certificate that you are not registered with them. Only with all these additional certificates are you allowed to take the exam for obtaining a driver's license at the traffic police department at the place of your temporary registration.
