Get a technical passport for your apartment at the BTI. Moreover, you need to have two data of the document: an old registration certificate and a new one, reflecting the changes made with the BTI mark on unauthorized redevelopment.

Step 3

Contact an independent expert to conduct a construction and technical assessment of your home after redevelopment. Get an official opinion on the condition of the supporting structures from him.

Step 4

Order an inspection of housing at the sanitary and epidemiological station. Based on its results, they will give you a document on the compliance of the sanitary-technical condition of the apartment with the established standards.

Step 5

Get the conclusion of the state fire supervision that the apartment, after redevelopment, meets all fire safety requirements. To do this, contact the local fire department with the appropriate statement.

Step 6

Collect all title deeds for your apartment. As a rule, this is a certificate for an apartment from the regional chamber and the contract according to which the housing was received by you in the ownership. Take an extract from the apartment book about all persons registered in this dwelling.

Step 7

Make copies of all collected documents. Pay the state fee and submit a written statement of claim to the court with copies of the entire package of documents attached. Show up for the court hearing on time. In the presence of positive conclusions from all instances, the court decision on legalizing the redevelopment will be made in one day.
