Step 1
First of all, deal with the confirmation of qualifications for compliance with the educational standards of the state where you are going. Here the requirements for all specialties are different. Some qualifications are confirmed simply on the basis of a diploma. Some, for example an IT specialist, - based on a certain length of service in the specialty. A diploma may not even be needed at all. However, be prepared for the fact that you will have to present a diploma and prove that you have experience. These are the requirements that are most often made in Western countries to Russian specialists. Also be prepared to take a special English proficiency test (if you are traveling to an English speaking country) IELTS. The passing score is at least 6. If you cannot pass IELTS, the Department of Immigration will not accept your documents.
Step 2
You will need to certify documents that show your education and qualifications. As a rule, a special committee in the country of arrival is responsible for certification. Submit your request to the appropriate committee. In response to it, you will be sent a list of documents required for submission, as well as questionnaires and applications that you have to fill out. In addition to documents and questionnaires, you will most likely be offered to take a professional test or describe any projects in which you took part, or even create a new test project so that the commission can fully assess your professional suitability. Once completed and completed, send all documentation back to the committee. In the event that the committee considers you to have passed all the tests, you will receive a document by which your qualifications will be officially recognized and confirmed by a foreign state. After that, you can work in high positions, performing skilled work in your specialty.

Keep in mind that you will have to pay a decent amount of money to prove your qualifications (official fee for the examination of documents) in the amount of up to several hundred dollars.
