The main issue when registering a garage in ownership is the question of the privatization of a land plot by a cooperative. To do this, the chairman of the cooperative must apply to the local self-government body with an application for the provision of a land plot for ownership or lease. Only after solving the land issue can the garage be registered as property.

- - explication;
- - cadastral passport;
- - conclusion that the garage is located on the territory of the cooperative's land plot;
- - a certificate confirming that you are a member of the cooperative and have paid the share contribution in full;
- - a receipt confirming the payment of the state registration fee.
Instructions
Step 1
In the event that you are not a member of a garage cooperative, go through the procedure for joining it, having paid all the necessary shares for this.
Step 2
Contact the chairman of the garage cooperative for information on the local government's decision to register the cooperative. You will also receive a certificate that you are a full member of this cooperative and that your garage is located on the territory of a piece of land belonging to it.
Step 3
Contact the Bureau of Technical Inventory (BTI), which will measure the garage and give you an explication and a cadastral passport for it.
Step 4
With all of the above documents and application, contact the justice institution for registration.
Step 5
Pay the registration fee.
Step 6
In a month, you will receive a certificate of ownership of the garage at the institution of justice.
