Step 1
Receive an application form for registration of a legal entity. It can be obtained during a personal visit to the Federal Tax Service (FTS) or downloaded from its official website. Go to the section "Legal entities", select the category "State registration of legal entities". There you will find the link "Forms of documents". Click on it and then you can download and print the application.
Step 2
Fill out the application either on a computer or by hand, but in block letters. In the first paragraph - "Organizational and legal form" - indicate the type of organization that you are opening. Most often it is a limited liability company. In the section "Name of the legal entity" you must indicate the name of the organization in Russian, and also, if necessary, in English or in any local national language.

Next, enter the address of the legal entity. Moreover, if the company has several branches, the exact place where the head of the organization is located, for example, the general director, is indicated.
Step 4
Write down information about the founders on a separate page - indicate his name, name (if the founder is an organization) and share in the authorized capital of the company. If there is only one founder, then the share is indicated as 100%. Its cost at the time of registration is also indicated.
If one of the founders is a foreigner, this is indicated separately.
Step 5
If you are registering a joint stock company, please provide information on shareholders on a separate page.
Then fill out the section on share capital. You need to indicate its amount.
Step 6
A special sheet contains information about a person who can act on behalf of a legal entity. This is usually the CEO. Next, you need to indicate the number and coordinates of the branches that are part of the organization.
Step 7
Information on the types of activities of organizations is given separately. It is necessary to indicate their number, codes for the tax classifier and the name.
Step 8
At the end of the application, the person who fills it out must indicate his name and coordinates. The document must be signed in the presence of a notary who will certify the validity of the signature.
