You can get an education in the USA in parallel with work. And these are just the most common ways.

Step 1
Large corporations often hold "career days" and other similar events in many countries, including Russia. Such events can be tracked on the websites of these companies (for example, Microsoft). In addition, international companies implement projects all over the world and, having got a job in one of these companies (usually these are consulting companies - Accenture, SBS and others), you will get a chance to work abroad - in Europe, Asia, USA.
Step 2
There are student exchange programs for students. The most famous of them are Work & Travel and Au Pair. Work & Travel is a program in which a foreign student works in the United States for an hourly wage of 2-4 months in the service sector, and travels around the country for the last 30 days of the program. Step 3
Au Pair is an educational and cultural exchange program involving childcare. Participants in this program have been in the United States for 1-2 years and take care of the children of an American host family. This family provides them with accommodation, food, and pocket money. The student (usually a female student) acts as a nanny for the child, sometimes doing light homework. Step 4
The easiest way to find work in the United States is for those who received their education there or studied for a master's degree. If you plan in advance to work and further life in the United States, then try to enter an American university - for the purpose of a complete higher education in America or in order to obtain a master's degree. All information about the admission of foreign students can be found on the websites of universities. To study in the United States, you will need a good knowledge of English (confirmed by a certificate like TOEFL) and good academic performance in a Russian university.
Step 5
If you are a specialist with good work experience and knowledge of the English language, then you can look for a job in the United States through American and international job search sites, for example, https://www.monster.com/. Keep in mind, however, that an American will almost always have an advantage in employment - unless you are a unique specialist.
