Step 1
Determine the purpose of a foreign citizen's visit to Russia. The length of his stay. A one-time visit is needed or there will be a need for multiple visits. In the case when a foreign citizen intends to visit relatives in the Russian Federation or friends, it is best to issue a guest invitation. In addition, the invitee needs to contact the Russian consulate to obtain a visa to Russia in his country.
Step 2
Submit the documents by sending them in accordance with the established procedure to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, namely: the individual passport details of the guest, his purpose of the visit, the duration of his stay in the country. This method is telegram. The information received is processed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within one week on average. A full response to the invitation is issued in writing within a period of 30 days, excluding weekends and holidays. A guest invitation issued as part of a telegram is the best and most convenient way to get into the country.
Step 3
Draw up the original form, which is more acceptable for countries with increased migration capacity, since the first indicated method is not available and dangerous for them. You do this as the owner of the home in which the foreign citizen is planning to live.
Step 4
Contact the OUFMS at the place of registration and fill out the required documents for foreigners. For your part, you must provide: a photocopy of your passport, a certificate of income or a certificate of the required amount on a bank account (you can use a passbook), an applicant's account card, a registration card of the invited person, a guarantee statement from you, an application from you for an invitation, a photocopy of a passport the invitee, a receipt for payment of the state fee. This method is welcomed in Russia. Accreditation for residence is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation with an indication of the period and goals. In this case, a special questionnaire is filled out, which is stored in the secretariat of the FMS of Russia.

Notify the foreign citizen that he must apply for a visa. To do this, he needs to contact the consulate of Russia or another country where he is planning to arrive.
