To counteract injustice against oneself on the part of state bodies or individuals, there is a defense instrument - a complaint. When compiling it, a number of requirements should be observed.
Instructions
Step 1
You need to correctly and clearly indicate in the upper right corner, about half of the sheet, to whom the complaint is sent with the name of the government body, organization or last name, first name, patronymic of an official or private person. Please indicate below the last name, first name, patronymic, address of the citizen filing the complaint.
Step 2
Below, in the middle of the sheet, write the word "Complaint", with a clear indication of the body or person whose actions should be appealed. For example, “Complaint against the actions of a state executor”. The text of the complaint should begin with an explanation of the essence of the circumstances that have arisen, indicating, if possible, the document numbers. This is necessary for a quick response of the executive bodies.
Step 3
In the text of the complaint, you should be laconic and specifically indicate the violations committed against you. Thus, a complete picture of the claims presented is created. Footnotes to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation and other state documents should be used, this will help a correct and clear answer to the claims made. For example, “the state executor violated my rights in part of Art. № … of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation "or" according to the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation Art. No.… my rights were violated."
Step 4
At the end, you should indicate what you want to receive after processing the complaint. An obligatory point in which you confirm the claims made. For example, “I ask you to recognize the actions of a state body as illegal”.
Step 5
In the annex to the complaint, attach copies of the documents that you consider necessary during its consideration, so that the responding party will have a complete picture of the events that took place. Date, sign and write last name with initials.
