It is easy to check whether an organization exists in nature using the Internet. It is enough to enter its name into any search engine. If there is one, especially a state or municipal one, it cannot, by definition, be inherited in the global network. It will not be superfluous to drive a commercial organization through the service "Check yourself and your counterparty" on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
Necessary
- - computer;
- - access to the Internet;
- - the name of the organization and, if possible, other basic data about it (INN, PSRN, address and date of registration).
Instructions
Step 1
The link to the mentioned service leads from the main page of the Russian Federal Tax Service website nalog.ru.
Step 2
The form that will open under the link "Check yourself and the counterparty" contains fields for the PSRN, GRN or TIN of the organization, its name, address, date of registration. It is also possible to restrict the search field to one constituent entity of the Federation or conduct it throughout the country.
If you don't have any data, it's okay. It is enough to fill in at least one of the fields.
Step 3
In case of an error, it is possible to click on the "Clear" button and fill out the form again.
After entering all the data that you know, click on the "Search" button.
If the search returns no results, then the organization does not exist.
