Unfortunately, you cannot get an education in the specialty "realtor", you can only take short training courses. Meanwhile, a good realtor must be legally literate, sociable, have an active life position. The income of a real estate agent directly depends on the number of transactions concluded through his mediation, which means that the usual sitting in the office waiting for the end of the working day will not bring profit. You need not only an excellent knowledge of the laws and rules for processing real estate transactions, but also the ability to convince and sell.

The realtor's earnings are on average 20-30% higher than the average, however, in the first months, the income of novice realtors, most often, is zero, since there is no accumulated client base.

As a rule, a realtor's career begins with an internship in the secondary housing or rental department. It is there that the agent learns the basic principles of work, learns to look for customers and sellers, to find solutions that are beneficial to everyone. Commercial real estate is mainly handled by the most experienced realtors, as clients in this industry are picky and cautious enough that the agent needs perfect training. However, the profit from transactions with commercial real estate can be much higher, since commissions are usually a certain percentage of the contract amount. With sufficient interest in career development, the trainee can reach the position of head of department or, having gained experience, open his own agency.
