That is why there is no large-scale recruitment of new employees in the summer.

Another category of job seekers for whom a period of active job search begins in June – July is graduates. However, looking for a job does not mean that one will be found, especially in good positions. Therefore, graduates should take a break in their last summer as a student or find a seasonal job, and from the beginning of autumn to take up job searches more thoroughly.

Finally, autumn is the beginning of an active period for most companies and, accordingly, the hottest time for recruiting new employees.
