This can be done on the official website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia using a special search form. The search for the territorial inspection is carried out at the registration address of an individual or the legal address of an organization.

Step 1
On the main page of the official website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia there is a link "Find out the address of the IFTS". By clicking on it, you will be taken to a form that will prompt you to enter the inspection code. Most likely, you don't know it, but it is not required either. You just need to click the "Next" button located on the left side of the form.
Step 2
You will be redirected to the next page of the form, where you will be prompted to select your region from the drop-down list. Then - the district, settlement, if necessary (for example, if you live in a rural area). If this information is irrelevant, just leave the fields blank and click on the "Next" button.
Step 3
Finally, the system will prompt you to select the street where you live or where the organization is located from the drop-down list. If the taxpayer is located in a settlement where there is no street, leave the corresponding field blank and click "Next" again. You will see a page with the inspection number (the first two digits are the region code, the rest are the tax serial number), its address, telephone number and hours of work. Below are the coordinates of the inspectorates where taxpayers located on your street must register as entrepreneurs and establish businesses. It can be either the same institution or a different one.
Step 4
Knowing the address of the inspection, if necessary, you can use services such as "Yandex Maps", Google Maps or address and reference programs, for example "Double GIS". You can enter in the search line both the name of the organization (IFTS and its number), and its address. To clarify how best to get to the inspection, you can also try by its contact phone number. The chances of this depend on the inspection, but many people willingly provide this and other information.
