Any important decisions made during various meetings and sessions will have legal force only if the course of the discussion and the process of making such decisions were recorded in the minutes. Therefore, it is very important to follow the rules for holding such an important event as a teachers' council. The registration of the protocol in this case is subject to the generally accepted rules for drawing up business papers and the unified form of such a document must contain mandatory items in accordance with the recommendations of GOST R 6.30 of 2003.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare standard A4 sheets for the minutes to the beginning of the teachers' council. You can compose the document in the most convenient way for you. This can be handwritten, typing on a typewriter or computer. You can start filling out the introductory part even before the meeting of all members of the teacher's council, since it contains information known in advance.

In the center of the sheet, write the name of the document "Protocol" and immediately below it specify "meetings of the pedagogical council." Indicate the date of the meeting and the number. Fill in the content of the agenda prepared in advance.

At the beginning of the meeting, after the election of the chairman and secretary of the meeting, enter this information into the minutes. Here it is important to indicate the full name and position of the elected persons.

In addition, in this part, indicate the number of members of the pedagogical council in total and the number of those present at the meeting in person.

Step 2

The main part of the minutes records the progress of the discussion of the agenda items in the order of the statement. Here, indicate the keynote speakers for each of the items, giving their full name and position after the word "listened". Briefly describe the content of the presentations and the suggestions made by the speakers.

Step 3

In the final part, list the decisions made on each issue, writing the word "Decided" at the beginning of the section. When completing the registration of the minutes, be sure to set aside a place for the personal signature of the document by the elected chairman of the pedagogical council and the secretary of the meeting. Decipher the signatures (surname and initials) in brackets.
