When concluding an agreement on the sale of goods or the provision of services, it is often necessary to indicate additional details of the transaction, which are impossible or inconvenient (due to the large volume) to be placed in the text of the main document. This can be a technical task, specification, terms of work, cost of goods, settlement procedure, etc. In this case, an application is drawn up on one or several sheets, which will become an integral part of the contract.

Instructions

Step 1

Begin the preparation of the introductory part of the document by indicating the name "Attachment", not forgetting to inform next to its serial number, since there may be several such attachments to the agreement. A link to the agreement itself is mandatory, so write its number and date of drawing up here.

Step 2

Title the body of the document based on its content. The title should briefly reflect the essence of those clarifications that will become an important part of the contract and will avoid discrepancies in the interpretation of the terms of the contract. This can be a schedule of work performance or their order with an indication of priority, a protocol of comments, etc.

Step 3

In the final part of the application, indicate the full details of the counterparties (name, form of ownership, legal and actual address, bank details). They, along with a reference to the number and date of the contract, are important factors confirming that the document belongs to the main contract.

Place here the places for the signatures of the authorized persons of each of the parties, indicating the position held, surname and initials. The application must be signed simultaneously with the conclusion of the contract. Otherwise, if such a document is drawn up later, an additional agreement to the contract should be drawn up, and not an annex.
