Step 1
The need to register ownership of real estate arises in the following cases - purchase, exchange, donation, inheritance, privatization, deprivatization, lease for more than a year, the property is not registered in the state register. Such a procedure as registration of property rights is carried out in accordance with the Law "On state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it", and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

To register ownership, you must submit an application and a package of documents collected in advance, which includes - an extract from the BTI; a document confirming the payment of the registration fee; copies of the passport; certificate of registration with the tax service; notarized statement of the spouse on consent to the transaction; a document confirming a real estate transaction.
Step 3
Next, an examination of the documents will be carried out and the legality of the transaction being made will be verified.
Step 4
Then, the absence of contradictions between the declared and registered rights is established, and other grounds for refusal to register property rights are established.
Step 5
If there are no grounds for refusal, then entries are made in the Unified State Register of Rights to Residential Property.
Step 6
After all thorough checks, inscriptions are made on the documents of title and a certificate of state registration of rights to real estate is issued.
