Registration for individuals and organizations of radios operating at 462 MHz, used by special services, is not allowed. Obtaining a permit for equipment operating on the amateur bands is generally straightforward.

Step 1
To obtain a certificate for the right to use a radio station, an individual should submit an application for measuring its parameters or hand over the radio for measurements to the appropriate department of the radio frequency center.
Step 2
Next, you should fill out an application to the State Telecommunications Supervision Service, obtain a measurement protocol and take these documents to the radio frequency center. Within fifteen working days you will receive a certificate for the right to operate the device.
Step 3
Legal entities are obliged to conclude an agreement with the radio frequency center for measuring the parameters of a radio station and draw up a package of documents: - an application for the purchase of a radio station;
- an application for measuring the parameters of the radio station;
- a copy of the order on the appointment of a responsible person;
- a copy of the certificate of registration in the Unified Register of Enterprises;
- agreement with the radio frequency center;
- application for a certificate.
Step 4
If you or your organization intend to purchase a specialized radio station for the purpose of operation, for example, sea or river, then you must issue an admission to work with radio transmitting devices and a ship's ticket or ship's license.
