To register such data, there is a timesheet used to record the time worked by employees, as well as the time of illness, downtime, business trips, vacations, etc. On the basis of the time sheet, the wages of employees are calculated. In this regard, it is necessary to clearly know how to correctly reflect a particular day in the report card.

Step 1

Any day of each billing period can be considered a work day, holiday, day off, vacation day, etc. Please note the opening hours on holidays and weekends separately.

Step 2

If the employee worked on a holiday, which you will later pay, in the appropriate column, in the first line, indicate "RP", and the number of hours actually worked on that day - in the second.

Step 3

If on a holiday the employee was on a business trip, mark the first line of the report card with the letter code that corresponds to the business trip - "K". Leave the second line blank. Also remember that by law, by sending an employee on a business trip, you guarantee him the preservation of the average wage.

Step 4

If the employee is on vacation, then it is necessary to enter the holidays that fall on the time of his vacation in the work sheet. This is because, according to the law, these holidays will not be counted as calendar days of vacation. Weekends, on the other hand, are included in vacation days and are not noted in the timesheet.

Step 5

If you work with the 1C program, then the reflection of holidays will be as follows. You probably know that payment for work on holidays is calculated only on the basis of an order. Calculation of this payment is carried out in the tab "Salary calculation", where select the item "primary documents" and open the document "Payment for work on holidays". Fill it out accordingly and, if you did everything correctly, after posting the document in the report card, all holidays will be visible.

Step 6

The time sheet is a very important document, on the basis of which all calculations and accruals will subsequently be carried out. Therefore, be careful when filling it out in order to correctly reflect all weekends and holidays and indicate which of them some employees went to work.
