Step 1

The certificate is drawn up on the basis of the results of the check, recorded, as a rule, in the protocol or act. Step 2

Start the design of the introductory part by specifying the initial details. Copy the header of the protocol or act, which contains the name of the organization or enterprise. Such citation of the text will allow you not to disclose the full information obtained in the course of the commission's actions, but to highlight only the results of the information of interest.

Step 4

Now certify the certificate with the signature of the person authorized for such actions, decipher the signature (surname and initials) in brackets, indicate the position he holds at the enterprise.
