Certification of a primary school teacher can be carried out in order to confirm the position held or improve qualifications for the first or higher category. Certification is carried out in order to be able to educational institutions and teachers to improve the level and quality of education.
Instructions
Step 1
To confirm your position, read and sign the submission that the manager should write to you five years after the last certification. This document should contain a description and assessment of your qualities as a teacher, the results of your professional activity, information about the results of previous certifications. You must be familiar with the submission two months before the certification.
Step 2
Submit your information about your teaching activities, past certifications to the certification commission.
Step 3
One month before the start of certification, the employer must notify you of the date, place and time of the test.
Step 4
Certification tests are held in writing on issues related to the implementation of their teaching activities in the position held.
Step 5
To pass certification for the first category, collect general information about yourself: questionnaires, educational documents, information about advanced training, awards, certificates, etc.
Step 6
Attach the results of your educational and methodological work to the certification documents: lesson models, lesson plans, methodological developments, lesson analysis, publications.
Step 7
Attach to the documents a description of the creative work of students, research work of students, the results of olympiads, competitions, scenarios of extracurricular activities.
Step 8
Invest in your portfolio the results of your creative activities in self-education, the results of participation in seminars, competitions, in methodological associations, in experimental work, the results of work at extracurricular activities.
Step 9
Collect feedback on work in a creative team and letters of recommendation, conclusions, reviews, resumes.
Step 10
Write an application for certification, in which indicate the form of its passing (full-time, part-time, personal), the qualification test model, select the form of the open event in accordance with the selected qualification test model (analytical report, EIA report, creative report, master class, research project, introspection, open lesson, pedagogical event). In the application, also indicate the experience of teaching, awards, titles, academic degree, if any, academic title. When they received a qualification category, they underwent advanced training, what modern educational technologies and methods you own.
Step 11
Submit your application for consideration by the attestation commission, which must make a decision on your passing attestation within one month. The commission should set a deadline for you to pass the certification. But its duration should not exceed two months.
Step 12
If you are certified for the first qualification category, then you need to be proficient in modern educational technologies and methods and effectively apply them in practical professional activities.
Step 13
To be certified for the highest category, it is necessary that at least two years have passed since the establishment of the first qualification category.
