Instructions

Step 1

To organize such work at the enterprise, a labor protection standard is developed and approved. In it, to the smallest detail, the order, the frequency of briefings should be prescribed, the responsible persons should be appointed. In addition, instructions on labor protection for types of work (for all major professions), a summary of the initial and introductory instructions are being developed and approved. It is these documents that are basic when instructing employees.

Step 2

Labor safety briefings at the workplace stand out from the general number in that they are conducted by the immediate supervisor (foreman, mechanic, foreman, etc.) in the shop, site, laboratory, etc. Distinguish between primary, target, repeated and unscheduled workplace briefings.

Step 3

Initial briefing is carried out on the first working day before the employee is allowed to work independently. It is mandatory for all persons employed by the enterprise, regardless of the conditions (temporarily, for a season, for internship, etc.), or transferred from one structural unit to another.

The briefing is carried out by the head of the workshop, site, etc. In the form of a conversation, the employee is explained in detail the basic requirements of labor protection: features of work, safe working methods, routes of passage, requirements for overalls and safety footwear, etc. It is recommended to use a summary of the initial briefing. In order to make sure that the topic is mastered by the employee, he is asked questions.

The results of the briefing are recorded in a journal of the established form, where the instructor and instructor put their signatures. As a rule, after the briefing, the employee is assigned to an experienced worker for an internship. Its goal is to acquire skills in the safe production of work. The number of days (shifts) of the internship depends on the profession, its health risks, both for the employee and those around him. If the work is not associated with increased safety requirements, the internship may not be assigned. To do this, the company must have an approved list of professions, admission to independent work is carried out without an internship.

Step 4

Re-briefing is carried out, as a rule, once a quarter (but at least once every six months) in order to consolidate the knowledge gained on labor protection and a journal, the signatures of each employee and the head of the department are required.

Step 5

The reason for the unscheduled briefing may be a change in the technological process, the receipt of new equipment, the introduction of new rules, instructions, and cases of injury to workers. In the column "content of the briefing" should indicate the reason that caused it. This may be a link to the passport of the new equipment, the number and date of the regulatory document, instructions, telegrams about injury, etc.

Step 6

Another type is targeted instruction. It is carried out before the performance of a task associated with increased danger (for example, with access to the railway track). It is conducted by the foreman, shift foreman. If employees of another structural unit are involved in the work, then only the manager (workshop foreman, site manager, mechanic, etc.)
