It is easier to get a job at a bank if you have just graduated from higher education than if you already have some experience working in different places. Step 2
If you are a student of the last years of a higher educational institution, you can take the first step for employment in a bank by completing a pre-diploma practice there. And although at this time you will perform the functions of an assistant trainee, doing just paperwork, nevertheless, you will learn how the bank works from the inside, how employees behave, how they communicate with customers, what regulatory documents the work is based on. During the internship, you may see what vacancies are open and get a chance to negotiate employment immediately after graduation.

If you do not have an economic education, your chances of getting a job in a bank still remain. The fact is that any bank is not only a front office where meetings with clients take place, two or three cash windows are open, and specialists are engaged in processing loans and deposits. The bank is also a back office, the supporting work of which is not so obvious, but no less important. The back office includes accounting employees, IT employees, appraisers, lawyers, security personnel, advertising department employees, business unit employees and a lot of other people. As you can tell from their job titles, not all of them need an economics education. Therefore, again, the main thing is your desire to get a job at the bank.
