A real rat must have power. In addition to the one that you have by virtue of your official position, learn to use the one that others have, look for the services you need, the scarce knowledge, make friends with those who can make your life easier. Learn to manage the structure of the organization, look at it as a subject of logistics. Try to become a person in whose hands the threads of power are concentrated, use the entire repertoire of an intriguer for this. To redistribute the balance of power, do not disdain anything - use new technologies, know all the formalities, do not neglect your body as a source of power.
Step 3
Learn the most powerful rat techniques. Hide your true nature, the real rat is impossible to recognize. Draw a front line in your department, set colleagues against each other. These skills will help you get rid of the manager and sabotage your boss in a way that no one will ever guess. Be unpredictable so that no one can guess how you will behave and which way you will turn. Use other people's weaknesses to your advantage.

Use the tactics of waiting, think over the initial move, the game and the final blow, plan them in advance, but know how to lose with dignity in order to be defeated by the rat for some time, preparing new moves and blows. Be prepared to leave this place of work after losing the fight for something really important, otherwise the enemy will simply wipe his feet on you.
Step 5
Control your animal instincts: wounded pride, lust for destruction and aggression with your intellect. Take breaks to think about situations, find a friend with whom you can share your plans. Don't get hung up on fighting.
