A personal medical record (sankbook) is a document that is required by representatives of a wide variety of professions. Doctors, educators, food service workers, some vendors, and more. To get a medical book, you will need to undergo an examination and pass the appropriate tests, the list of which depends on the profession.

Step 1
As a rule, specialized state medical institutions are engaged in issuing medical books. However, you can also go to a private medical center to avoid queues. Naturally, the services of private doctors will cost more. For different fields of activity, the list of examinations and analyzes is different. In any case, in order to receive a sanction book, you must undergo an examination by a therapist, do chest fluorography, provide a vaccination statement or vaccination certificate.
Step 2
However, such a minimum set is sufficient only for drivers of public transport and fixed-route taxis, as well as sellers of non-food products. To be able to work in the food trade or food industry, you will have to pass the following tests in addition:
- UMSS;
- feces for dysentery, worm eggs and enterobiasis;
- blood on RNGA, typhoid fever;
- smear for staphylococcus;
- ECG;
- biochemical and clinical blood test;
- general urine analysis.
In addition, you will need to undergo an examination by a dentist, dermatologist, ENT, psychiatrist.
Step 3
Employees of catering establishments will also have to pass similar tests and be examined by specialists: cooks, waiters, dishwashers. For such categories of professions as teachers, kindergarten staff, camp counselors, as well as employees of beauty salons, saunas and pools (hairdressers, bath attendants, nail salon workers), the list also includes all of the above examinations. Medical workers, in addition, are tested for HIV, hepatitis B and C.
Step 4
According to the law, employees of hotels, flight attendants, train conductors, and dry cleaning personnel must also have personal medical records. They only need to pass fluorography, a blood test for syphilis, biochemical and clinical blood tests, a general urine test, and an examination for gonorrhea and an ECG. Pharmacists and pharmacists are additionally required to donate feces for eggs, worm and enterobiasis.
