But the police have many responsibilities, and they are reluctant to comply with such requests free of charge. And paying them for this is already considered a crime.
Step 2
If you are the head of a large organization, hire a former police officer with good operational experience. Problems of clarifying the reliability of newly hired employees or business partners will be resolved rather quickly through the former colleagues of the ex-policeman.
Step 3
Hire private detectives to do a one-time job of determining a person's criminal record. They will use accessible and legal methods to collect the necessary information about the person you are interested in. By the way, many have the same contacts in the police, using which they will just as quickly and effectively get the information you are interested in.
Step 4
Ask the person you are interested in to independently bring a certificate of no criminal record. Unfortunately, it is not always convenient and ethical to ask for this, for example, from business partners. And not all newly recruited persons can require this certificate, but only from those who are accepted to responsible positions directly related to cash and financial flows and management.

To obtain a certificate of no criminal record in relation to himself, each citizen can contact the police information center (IC) in your city. The service is free, only an identity document is required. The address of the IC can be found at any police station. Terms vary from a few days to a month.
Step 6
If your organization needs to establish official cooperation with the database of the IC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, send them an official letter with a request to find out information about the presence of a criminal record of certain persons. Or a proposal for cooperation in collecting personal information about candidates for a job. But it is not a fact that the IC of your city will cooperate with you and provide such information.
