Remember that you can only be hired to work in an educational or medical institution if your criminal record has been canceled, and the crime itself was not related to your teaching or medical activities and, moreover, did not in any way belong to the category of “encroachment on human life and health”.
Step 4
Start your job search by applying to small, private companies. Even if your criminal record has been cleared, many employers may be interested in the fact of a long break in your work activity. Therefore, try to get a job at a low position so that the gap in the seniority is not so obvious.
Step 5
Be sure to indicate in the questionnaire the fact that there is even a canceled criminal record, since the security service of the organization in which you plan to work will sooner or later become aware of this information. Therefore, if you did not report this immediately, then later the employer, who does not have the right to fire you on a "bad" article, may begin to provoke you and impose penalties in order to get rid of such, in his opinion, unreliable employee.
Step 6
Go into private business and register an individual entrepreneur. Heads of institutions who do not want to hire a person with a criminal record usually do not refuse to cooperate with individual entrepreneurs.
Step 7
If you were unable to solve employment problems on your own or register an individual entrepreneur, contact your local employment office, where you are required to find a job. As a last resort, you can apply for unemployment benefits and / or get a referral to free courses from the employment service.
