Step 2
When applying for a job, you should have a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, an insurance certificate of state pension insurance, a work book (if McDonald's is not the very first place of work and the newcomer does not get a part-time job), a military ID or a certificate of registration. The applicant will be allowed to fill out a questionnaire. Employers will consider it for about two weeks.
Step 3
The candidate needs to pass two interviews. After the official acceptance, there will be an invitation for paperwork and the issuance of a referral for a medical examination to obtain a medical book, the presence of which is a prerequisite for activities in the field of public catering.
Step 4
Immediately after receiving the medical record, the new employee is invited to the restaurant for training. The first day of training is already considered the first day of work and is paid. The probationary period at McDonald's is two months.
