Step 1
Fill in two copies of the application for the issuance of a passport. All fields must be completed in black pen without errors or corrections in capital block letters. You can print the application on your computer.
Applications for the issuance of a biometric passport are completed only on a computer.
Step 2
Verify the application at your place of work. If you are a student - at the place of study. Non-working citizens do not need to be certified. The application is valid for 10 days.

Pay the state fee.
Step 4
Take the entire package of documents to the Multifunctional Public Service Center. You do not need a photo taken in advance to obtain a biometric passport. Photographs will be taken upon application.
Step 5
Get your passport. It will be ready no later than in 30 days. If you apply not at the place of residence, but at the place of stay, the application will be considered longer and the period for issuing a passport will take up to four months.
