Step 1
Information about children entered in the parents' passport additionally confirms the citizenship of the Russian Federation. The birth certificate of children is stamped with citizenship. It is desirable, but not mandatory, to enter information about children in the passport.

Contact the territorial migration service. Write a statement about the inclusion of information about children in your passports. Submit your children’s birth certificates and your passport.

If the parents are registered in different places, everyone should contact the migration service at the place of their registration.

Depending on the place of application, information about children will be entered within 10 minutes to 1 month. They will put the stamp and signature of the authorized employee. The birth certificate of children will also be stamped.
Step 5
If you want to enter information about children in a foreign passport and take them abroad according to your passport and on the basis of the entered information, then know that this violates the Russian legislation on the export of minors outside the Russian Federation and all international rules. For a child of any age, you need to draw up your passport and paste a photo into it. The customs, letting in the children included in the parents' passports, grossly violate the laws of Russia.
