Step 1

Determine for what period of work leave is granted. From the length of service for the purpose of granting annual leave, the time of leave without pay is excluded if it lasted more than fourteen days throughout the year, the time the employee was on parental leave, the time of absence from work when the salary was not saved.

Step 2

Step 3

Count your vacation days considering the following. The leave is given to the employee in calendar days. In total, for a full year of work, 28 calendar days of the main vacation are allowed. For each month worked 28days: 12months. = 2, 3 days of vacation.

Weekends - Saturday, Sunday or other days according to the work schedule (with shift work) are also included in the duration of the vacation. However, the holidays established by the Labor Code are excluded from the duration of the leave.
