Cargo customs declaration means a document that is required to be filled in the prescribed form when transporting or exporting goods across the border of the country.
Instructions
Step 1
Please note that the customs declaration includes a set of stitched four sheets of form 1TD (main sheet) and TD 2 in a number of additional sheets. In turn. the main sheet must be used to indicate information about goods with the same name (only if the same customs regime is established for similar goods).
Step 2
Use supplementary sheets when declaring goods of several names. Please note that in one customs cargo declaration it is possible to enter information about 100 different names of goods (since up to 33 additional sheets can be added to the main sheet at a time).
Step 3
Fill in the supplementary sheets in a similar way to fill in the columns of the main sheet, with the exception of the first column under the letter A, which cannot be completed by the declarant himself on the supplementary sheets. This document is filled in on a printing device in Russian. In some cases, it is allowed to fill in cost indicators (customs and invoice values) by hand. In the event that the text information of any column repeats the data of the column filled in earlier, then in it you can make a link, for example: “see. column No. 3.
Step 4
Indicate the number of vehicles when declaring goods. Then indicate their short name, and you can also make a link: “see. on the back”. In turn, on the reverse side in the first and fourth sheets (when exporting or when importing), put down the numbers of the goods (from column 32), the vehicle numbers, as well as the numbers of the shipping documents.
Step 5
If information about a foreign person is provided in the customs cargo declaration, it is necessary to indicate the address of the representative office, branch of this legal entity or the address of residence of an individual (foreigner) on the territory of Russia.
