The business operations journal keeps records of the organization's activities, forms accounting registers. The journal of business transactions reflects all business transactions of the enterprise, it is important for the preparation of final reporting.
Instructions
Step 1
Distribute the documents into folders "Bank", "Cashier", "Purchases", "Sales", "Salary". Number the journal, as all transactions must be recorded in the journal strictly in chronological order. If you make mistakes in accounting, then the sequence of recording operations will help you quickly navigate.
Step 2
Write the name of the business transaction. Enter all the necessary details of the operation: content, date, details of counterparties. If necessary, provide links to documents related to this business transaction. In the details of the counterparties, indicate the items "To", "From whom". The operation number can be omitted, since the journal was numbered earlier.
Step 3
Enter the amount of the business transaction that you will take from the entered document. You must be careful, as an incorrectly reflected amount in the journal can distort the final reporting generated on the basis of this journal of business transactions.
Step 4
Fill in the entries ("Debit" and "Credit"). The postings depend on the type of transaction. For this operation, you need to know the chart of accounts.
Step 5
Repeat the sequence of actions the required number of times (equal to the number of documents passed per day).
Step 6
Use the program "1C: Accounting". Select "Accounting" from the program menu. Select the "Business Transactions" tab in the "Menu" item. Press the "Add" button in the context menu of the program, or create a new line in the log (if you keep it manually).
Step 7
Define the parameters (characteristics) of the business transaction: number, content, date, counterparty details. If necessary, provide links to documents related to this business transaction. In the details of the counterparties, indicate the items "To", "From whom". Click OK. The business transaction will be added.
Step 8
Specify the transactions and the transaction amount. In the event that you want to enter a bank document, go to the corresponding document ("Bank transactions"). Click "Approve" in the "Approval" context menu, while the cursor is on the bank document, on the basis of which the business transaction will be formed.
